Protection levels: Innovative three-stage overvoltage arrester including overcurrent protection, low dynamic resistance due to protective paths acting in parallel
Protection routes: 24 protection paths, consisting of six bidirectional flashover paths plus 15 protection paths via diodes plus three protection paths via current limiters
Response time: Short response time of the entire module of less than 40 ps
PE connection: Low-impedance PE connection for uncut connection to lightning current equipotential bonding with 2.5 mm²
Protection level bus side 1-Wire Data against GND: < 527 V (with pulse class C2, 10,000 V (1.2/50 µs) / 5,000 A (8/20 µs)
Protection level device side 1-Wire Data against GND: < 10 V after 1 µs (with pulse class C2, 10,000 V (1.2/50 µs) / 5,000 A (8/20 µs)
Protection level bus side 5 volts against GND: < 527 V (with pulse class C2, 10,000 V (1.2/50 µs) / 5,000 A (8/20 µs)
Protection level device side 1-Wire Data against GND: < 10 V after 1 µs (with pulse class C2, 10,000 V (1.2/50 µs) / 5,000 A (8/20 µs)
Total protection: Due to the combination of a short response time, low protection level and fast current limitation, this protective element minimizes the load on the protected 1-wire bus master, devices and the insulation, especially on the device side, to practically zero
Increase in range: Optimization of the range of the Loxone 1-Wire Extension through integrated BusBoost and Bandpass
Certification: This surge arrester for information technology systems has been certified according to standard IEC 61643-21-2001 + A1:2009 test C2 for "Fast rising edge" and corresponds to arrester type 2
